IC Breathwork Facilitator Training
March 23rd – 28th, 2025
Infinite Crescendo Facilitator Training is unlike any other breathwork training.
In this 5 day training, students will learn to guide transformative journeys and will become Infinite Crescendo Ambassadors, authorized to use the IC musical Arcs for their own workshops and retreats. This training will also be a journey of self-discovery and will inspire students to tune into their gifts and help craft their own unique offerings. This will be a very intimate and expansive experience for anyone looking to build upon their current heart offerings or seeking a new fulfilling path. You do not need any prior experience with breathwork or as a facilitator of any kind.
Combination IC Facilitator Training + Heart Song Retreat Training package:
Trainees will have the unique opportunity to participate as a facilitator if they choose to stay on for the 5 day Heart Song Retreat. There, they will gain hands-on experience in assisting Carly Jo Carson and the Heart Song team in holding space the Infinite Crescendo way, to even more confidently take these Arcs to their own communities. The Combination Training + Retreat package includes 10 nights, March 23rd – April 2nd, 2025.

Heart Song Breathwork Retreat

The Infinite Crescendo Heart Song Retreat is a deeply immersive experience rooted in dynamic sound and breathwork. We come together with the intention to experiment, imagine, activate, allow, and integrate. The retreat will consist of several transformational breath journeys led by Infinite Crescendo co-founder Carly Jo Carson, including vocal improvisation, sound healing, active imagination, movement, yoga and much more, all grounded with nourishing farm-to-table organic cuisine. The goal is to find an unexpected harmony, as a tangible and metaphorical practice for finding harmony in other parts of our lives. The goal is to laugh, to cry, to lose ourselves - to find ourselves. To meet each other, to meet ourselves.

BIOPOOL
A fully self-sustainable pool ecosystem which keeps the water oxygenated and chemical-free, perfect for swimming and relaxation. We chose a bio pool, because it does not harm the environment, or our bodies.
SAUNA/ICE BATH
The sauna is ideal to relax during the free times in the retreats. It fits max 5 people at a time. It’s very close to the biopool and ice baths can be set up right next to it.
PLUS full access to Spa, Meditation Temple, Panoramic Yoga Nave, Roof Deck, Teepee, Amphitheater, Nature Shala, Water Canal, and a 15-minute drive to the stunning Algarve adjacent coastline.
