Please join us for an intimate culinary experience with chefs Scott Winegard and Alex Trudon at a private home in Topanga Canyon. This 5 course plant-based tasting menu will be seasoned with Infinite Crescendo Microjourneys and live sound bath by Carly Jo Carson and Vikain Hanounik for a truly unique experience that will awaken all the senses.

Chef Bios:

Scott Winegard

Scot Winegard, a Long Island, New York native, embraced punk rock and skateboarding as a teenager and dived into Manhattan's music scene as soon as he could playing in bands, producing concerts and releasing records under the grapeOS label he co-founded. His culinary journey kickstarted at Angelica Kitchen, fostering a love for local farms and seasonal, plant-based cuisine. From Nasturtium in Brooklyn to global collaborations, Scott's culinary talent flourished.

Most recently partnering with Nic Adler, he will co-open Argento this year in Silverlake, backed by investors like Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas. Scott spent many years in Los Angeles as executive chef for Matthew Kenney Cuisine collaborating on 25+ restaurants athat earned him accolades from New York Magazine, the LA Times, the Michelin Guide and more.

Some Covid Shifts from Portland to Arizona and back to LA in 2022, Scott consulted on some high-level projects again with Chef Kenney. In 2023, amongst 3 restaurants openings with MKC he hosted monthly dinners at Willowbrook Apple Farm and capped the year with a sold-out event at Timeless Cafe in Oakland, California, amid planning new ventures across the state.

Scott's creative flair extends beyond the kitchen to his successful music career with Texas is the Reason. Whether selling out James Beard House dinners or earning Farm Spirit recognition as the Best Vegetable Restaurant in the US, Scott prioritizes imagination and fun in all his endeavors.

Alex Trudon

Alexander Trudon is a hospitality professional with over 20 years experience in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences in fine-dining restaurants. Originally from Connecticut, Alex also spent his time on the each coast in restaurants and bands. In 2016, Alex moved to California and met Scott shortly after joining him at Matthew Kenney Cuisine. After some time apart, they are excited for the opportunity to get back together and create once again in Topanga.
